An RFS Commander is in charge of a region?
Or does he operate from Newcastle?
Questions i,m asking because I am getting phone calls from property owners out here to use our plant to help fight fires which i wont do because i need authorisation from a RFS commander to render assistance on the backline as I refuse to put my staff on the frontline as we are not firefighters.
