Where did Starkler (Geoff) go?

Does anyone know whatever happened to Geoff (Starkler)?

His last post (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showpost.php?p=694114&postcount=178) was almost a year ago now, in the Snake Valley Camp March 2011 thread.

I know some Melbourne folk in here kept in touch with him personally. Just wondering if he is OK :shrug:

Yes, I too have wondered that, hope all is well, however it dose occur with some members from time to time and then they are back, i suppose there are other important issues from time to time.

Yep I've noticed him missing too. Perhaps he's just taking a break from astronomy?

Speaking of "missing" members, haven't seen Les around here in a while either. He used to be pretty active in the Observing forum, he always had something interesting to chip in.

last time I spoke to Geoff, he was looking at different work prospects and possibly going into business for himself and if so I hope he is going well in that endeavour. :)

I think like myself changes in life Astronomy can take a back seat for a while, but some day I hope to see Geoff again and look through his beautiful SDM.

Molly only joined IIS 3 months ago and has never made a post.
