Hi all

My annual Year in Review post is a little late - I usually wrap up the year before xmas but we had such a busy December that I've only now had the time to reflect on what a great year 2011 was.

So what were the highlights for IceInSpace in 2011?

Have a read over at the article: 2011 - A Year in Review at IceInSpace (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/index.php?id=70,668,0,0,1,0), and have a wander down memory lane and get a little behind the scenes insights into IceInSpace.

Thanks to the IceInSpace Community for such a great year! I'm looking forward to a very busy and very productive 2012!

Yes, Mike - a big year! Also for me, having reduced (or is that increased, depending on how I write it :D) my latitude a little - made stuff-all difference to my view of M31, however

I was thrilled with the activity in the Snake Valley Astrocamp threads for the year. Might be a mouse amongst Astrocamps in Australia - but it makes plenty of noise!

For me - another great year of interactions with IIS members, online and at camps. Plenty of sell and buy activity. Lots of new people to meet, many of whom first came online in 2011.

More astro-ladies as well    :ashamed:

Roll on 2012! :hi:

A great write up Mike.

2011 was a very interesting year albeit a tad too cloudy for my liking.

I think 2012 will be a great one as well with the upcoming transit and eclipse just for starters.

Nice Review of 2011 Mike. Although it ended with excitement, 2011 would have to be the most cloudy I can remember.

All the best everyone for 2012.
