Hi All,

There is a current Keplar science event on at the moment. So far 2 days worth of the convention is available online in a very nice manner using Adobe Connect.
Some of the discussion are quite full on so with that in mind some may not be worth it.

Please keep this topic open. Not conflict on each person scientific preferences. If you do not like the science then it is best to stay out of it. Keep arguments in a professional like manner.

Lots of viewing.:bashcomp:

Excellent link, Malcolm. There sure is a lot of viewing in those lectures, but it's a great resource to hear the latest on exoplanet research, even if a lot of it fairly high-powered for an amateur like me. I'll watch for this one to be posted soon: 10:45 - 11:00 307 · Snagging an Earth-Class Exoplanetary Moon. Darren Williams, Penn State Erie, The Behrend College

"Within 5-10 years... (http://connect.arc.nasa.gov/p3f01m5cwyb/?launcher=false&fcsContent=true&pbMode=normal)we will find a moon"...great lecture, hard math but well explained so even I could understand the various parameters of binary capture. Exciting stuff.
