anyone been on a quiz show

Hi all,
I entered Millionaire Hot Seat web audition as a joke a couple of month back and now I got an email saying I've been selected into round 2.
The email gave me all the details etc and told me the audition will last minimum of 4 hours.
Has anyone been on one of those show auditons? Any tips?
I had to get a crash course on the new format of hot seat as I assumed it to be the same and the old show.

My wife was on Wheel Of Fortune in the 90s as she recovered from an illness. Pity about the bankrupt spin late in the game (they changed the rules subsequently), though we have a wonderful sewing machine. My sister-in-law also did it, and did very well.
If you're going to be broadcast, dress well for the auditions and speak in a clear voice.
I was on Romper Room as a kid. Now there's a video I'd like to find.

My dad and I auditioned for Family Sale of the Century back in the 90s, and were the "back up" family for our state just in case something happened before filming started... From memory (I was just a kid!), it helped to be friendly and outgoing - and dressing well doesn't hurt either.
