Had good seeing last night, but very fine high clouds made focusing really tough.here was my best shot.Focus not great

Wow, so much detail even if soft.

Question? I see many Jupiter photo with a blue/purple look to edges, like this one. What causes this? Reminds me of VHS movie problems.

Thanks Petr,
I use a s curve on the gamma settings to darken the limb of Jupiter and lighten the center.It give the planet a more 3d look. I think the blueish tint around the edge is due to different diffraction of blue light due to atmoshperic disturbance.
