Where to buy 3m concrete cement?

Would anyone happen to know where I could buy a can of 3m concrete cement? I need it for the ebony star mod I'm about to do (see http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=72767).

Might want some help getting a 3M can of that stuff off the shelf and onto the shopping trolley at Bunnings.

Just put an order for one from Australian Abrasives. $35 delivered to my door, ain't cheap :(
