Can anyone throw some light on whether Cartes du Ciel v3.2 (the latest for Win 7 32-bit) has all the necessary ASCOM components to connect to my NEQ6?
The reason for asking is that I've brought my PC up from my backyard observatory (with no internet connection) to the house to clean install Windows 7 (successful) and then download and install SkyChart (Cartes du Ciel) v3.2 (also successful).
I was then going to install ASCOM Platform 5a (and update to 5.5 ?) and then the latest EQ ASCOM ... but I've been surprised to see that CdC seems to have EQ ASCOM included.
Rather than taking the whole PC etc. back down to the observatory to see if the new CdC works automagically (and back to the house to install the EQ ASCOM stuff if it doesn't), I thought it someone might have the answer.
