Hi

(Warning: I'm a newbie :o)
Is there an adapter I can screw into the bottom of my camera that will fit on my telescope tube?

Cheers
Gerald

:hi: and :welcome: Gerald. There probably is somewhere. What sort of scope and mount do you have. Also its often easy enough to make a homemade one if your relaitively manually dexterous :D

Probably, what make and size is the telescope ?

Usually called a piggyback mount or similar, try googling for piggyback mount camera bracket, maybe add australia.

The scope is a Celestron C8 and the camera is a Nikon D70.

The "Celestron Piggyback Mount for C8" looks about what I want!

Thanks :)
