Battery charge Question

can the electronics wizzes tell me if there is a device available for purchase that will tell me the charge either via smple lights or readout that can be hooked up to a 24V 20amp battery??

A simple multimeter or voltmeter will give you an idea.

There is a chart on that page that i have reproduced here, just double the voltage for a 24v battery.
