Most good electrical wholesalers are now stocking the CABAC brand of Pelican "style" water /air/dust proof cases.

I took a look at these today and they range in price around the $70 to $80 +gst
Availiable with or without pick and pluck
The two sizes I looked at were..
465x360x170
575x420x210

I'm not sure what colours they come in, I only saw the black as pictured
May be more on thier website www.cabac.com.au (http://www.cabac.com.au)

Excellent Steve :)

Still a bit small for a G11 head, but good for a bunch of other things including lunches!

Yep - I have four of them now. Brilliant for the moolah.

I was out in the cold a couple of weeks ago and nearly couldn't get one open the next morning, as the cold air inside caused a partial vacuum due to the good seal. Amazing!

Hmm I wonder if one of those would fit an EQ6 head... :confuse3:

just visually with out measuring, I'd say the 575x420x210 would go damn close!
Being in Sydney there's probably a J R Turks or the like near you somewhere, take your EQ6 head in and try it on for size

If you're thinking of using one to carry a heavy mount head around in you will probably have to find a far denser foam that they provide. I can see the mount compressing the standard foam (when the case is upright) and it clunking around on the bottom of the case. I suppose the standard stuff may work if you were to carefully position the head such that there was a fair thickness of foam left between it and the rear hinge.
