Matt from Telescopes & Astronomy (http://www.telescopes-astronomy.com.au) in SA has just released his December newsletter (look out for a news item about IceInSpace in it, too! :P).
Following on from Mark's discussion about the EQ6 with SkyScan, it looks like you can get it a bit cheaper than some places are quoting..
I kept telling my wife it'd be $2k to get a good mount.. looks like I need to adjust my figures :scared3:
Maybe by the time I can afford one, it'll have come down in price to $2k :lol:
