Wondered when this would happen, as I have heard about similar changes in the US. Good to see the savings are being passed on down under. Well done Bintel.

Would one of these be similar in quality to a Toucam? I think they use the same Sony sensor?

Seems like a bargin if so!

As I understand it the Toucam has more pixels than the DSI. Making it higer in resolution. However this also makes the DSI more sensitive as it has bigger pixels. While the Toucam can be modified for long exposure for dso, it sitll performs quiet well on short exposure solar objects. The DSI is not really designed for short exposure solar system work.
