As the forum is growing and the number of new threads and posts is growing, the moderation team has requested that a new moderator be brought on board to assist in keeping things in check in this great community.

After some discussion, it was immediately obvious who the next moderator should be..

Welcome to the moderation team, [1ponders], Paul R.

Paul has been a long-time member, contributing regularly and has shown to have a level-head, patience and a great sense of humour. All important traits for a moderator.

The good news for Paul, is that with such a fantastic community there's usually very little to actually do in the way of moderation - occasionally move a thread but on the whole you guys are extremely well behaved, mature, friendly and helpful - and it's those reasons why everyone just loves it here.

Congratulations to 1ponders, please make him feel welcome.

Thanks Paul for your continued contribution and support of the IceInSpace Forums.

Congratulations Paul,

I am sure you will get lots of fun out of the role. From what I have seen of this group, it contains a lot of sane, level headed intelligent people.

Yes be nice !
We have just given Paul a big shiny new moderators stick to whack recalcitrants with.

P.S. having to send PM's to those who get out of line isnt a pleasant task, please dont make us do it.
