M48 5mm spacer

Looking for a M48 5mm spacer (M48 male to M48 female - not a M48 to M42 stepdown adapter). Oddly hard to find. Something like this:

Basically I want to attach my SW coma corrector to my Orion TOAG. The scope side of the TOAG has m48 female threads and the coma corrector has male m48 threads so it’s a match BUT the coma corrector doesn’t fully screw into these threads. Any help appreciated :-)

No problems Ken. My new searches seem to turn up extension tube sets that come from the US for between AU$85 and $100. Given the spacer I want is just for a TOAG I inherited from another purchase I’d probably opt to put that kind of money towards a ZWO OAG that would just work and presumably do a better job :-)
