SPX350 F9.1, uncooled ASI290 Binx2, Baader RGB, Astronomik UHC filters.

Though I would spend winter trawling through Sag looking at all those planetaries I probably won't bother with again. These are usually ignored owing to their small size and faintness and the host of bigger better objects in Sagittarius.

Ngc 6445 shows a box shape with faint outer rings of gas, this had to be imaged in good seeing and was quite a suprise when processed.
Ngc 6369 is in Oph near Sag border and was very faint even in good seeing.
Ngc 6818 was very bright at the other end of Sag near Barnard galaxy.
Ngc 6537 called the Red Spider nebula with 2 pairs of legs just like St Andrews Cross spider here in au
Ngc 6563 is like a cadbury creme egg.
Ngc 6565 is Sagittarius ring nebula 10" wide and Ngc 6741 is actually in Aquila near Sag at 6x10 arc secs.
Ngc 6629+6578 are standard looking planetaries
Ngc 6751 is a beautiful pn in Aquila near Sag.

Exposures were from 1-3secs duration no calibration.

Regards, John.

You've captured some exceptional detail on these small objects. I've captured a good number of these in my wider field shots with my D810 and they're barely anything more than blue blobs :P

Great shots John, thanks for showing us these tiny gems. My favourite is NGC 6751, like Colin said, these would be nothing but specks in the shots I take so it's good to see some detail in them.

Lovely shots John, PN's are a favourite visual target of mine, but your photos take them to a whole new level.

Good stuff John - all good images. Like me you seem to favor the less well known stuff and that's good to see.

Cheers

Astonishing what you can do with an uncooled camera and a 1 second exposure.

The collection is magnificent, but the box planetary is the most spectacular.

Very cool. I like the red spider 6537. I must add it to the to do list.

Thanks everyone for the comments, I have had great fun imaging these only because Mars was dusted out so I decided to image deep space instead with the ASI. My favourites are The Box and The Glowing Eye.
