That tax yet again

Received 2 items from China, one through Ebay where the GST was taken at checkout, and one from ZWO which was a small ir cut filter but not charged any GST on their checkout, both came within a week of ordering.
Maybe it's not as onerous as we think?

Yeah, I didn't get pinged on GST for ZWO stuff either. Lucky! ;-)
