Technically your duck would be swimming, so under rule 4 subsection 3, page 782, your entry must be disqualified :)

Haha Peter. swimming yes, and swimming freely.

Rule 45 subsection 122, page 601,566 says, water birds can not swim without an underwater running action, , , :P

Meaning : My duck is not just swimming freely 'ontop' of water; it is also running freely Underwater :D Both At The Same Time :rofl:
