Last night the weather conditions were looking good except for light cloud cover.
I really wanted to image Jupiter with the GRS so I setup anyway.
To my surprise I ended up with a 45 minute break in the clouds and 2 moons. I decided not to derotate as I have good detail on the moon to the North, Ganymede maybe?

Yes, Ganymede is in the north after just transiting across Jupiter. Io is moving the the other direction is about to be in occultation behind Jupiter.

That's amazing! Well done! What camera, exposure, gamma, etc., aND TELESCOPE DID YOU USE, and what software did you use? I took one two nights ago, and it is terrible - no colour, fuzzy and only detail is the stripes. (daren't post it on this site)

I am using a ZWO ASI224MC. Exposure 9ms, gamma 50 (off) 12" Dob on a homemade platform. Autostakkert3, Registax 6, Photoshop. The seeing was very good for short periods and I was able to get good focus on the GRS.
I tried last night but it was terrrible seeing.
