View Full Version here: : Gym weights
Dear Members does anyone have a good way of converting cheap gym weights with a 1inch central hole to fit nicely on a 12mm counterweight shaft for my AZ GTI?
Thanks

Maybe you could make a reducer out of something fluid that set solid. Resin, panel beaters bog, I used some paste once where you knead in the hardener and press into a gap, liquid metal? Araldite even. Builders cement powder without any sand sets like a rock.

you may be lucky and find a PVC reducer - electrical conduit joiners come to mind....

I used a 3D printer and made some plugs, to reduce a 50mm hole in the gym plates down to 40mm for my CW shaft.

SIRIUS OPTICS will 3D print adapter sleeves for you.
