Can't remember the last time I tried some planetary imaging but had a go last night after trying to set up a off axis guider unsuccessfully. Swapped kits with Jupiter nicely placed , seeing was inconsistent with the wind but some reasonable detail popped out with patience. Tried Mars and Saturn but probably too low at the time for decent results. Used a 2x Televue powermate,
seeing didn't support higher magnification. Looking forward to Mars :)

 thanks fellas.....pity the seeing wasnt just a bit more steady or I would have switched to mono {forgot to put the Ir filter on the QHY111224 as well }. I was really surprised at the frame rates these new cameras can generate, on the Jup AVis the cam was achieving 65-75 fps with the gain /exposure settings I had {800x600 frame box}. Luckily I remembered to increase the gamma on Jup which helped with capturing Ganymede and reducing limb artfacts
