OK, got most of this Mono processing working but I need to understand how and at what point do you combine the Ha image to the RGB.

My current process is to align the RGB and Ha images in the layers step then crop and save. Then re-open that and copy each layer into it's respective channel finally copying the Ha layer to the red channel over the already copied red layer.

Is this the correct or preferred process or is there other\better methods or options to try ?

Why not let DSS register them for you? You wind up with four files all aligned and can then do your final processing and colour. Personally i use Ha as a Luminance layer on the combined layer stack to improve contrast.
I recommend Ken Crawford's utube tutorials on layer processing. I have sent you a pm with workflow suggestions.

It says 'The checked pictures are not compatible (width, height, number of pixels, number of channels, only one master dark, offset and flat )'

All pix were taken on the same night at same settings.

Hi Andy, thanks for that. Taking a look at Marco's method as it looks like it achieves what I am aiming for.
