Peter I recommend retirement.

Life really starts to take on so much more.

For you I see a managable cattle station with not one but say three observatories and the only real work will be instructing the hands to move things around.

You could even incorporate your own test track.:)

I wish I had retired at 25 or earlier.:D

No flight hours here but I'm only 4 weeks away from retiring. Does that count for anything ?
