Skywatcher Mak-Newt MN190 for live view

Is anyone using one of these for live view with any sort of camera/software ( Atik Infinity, Sharpcap, Astrotoaster etc)?
I’m generally a visual observer using an ED80 and c9.25 on an azeq6, but occasionally would like to do a bit of EAA.
The MN is faster than my present scopes and at a FL of 1000mm is around the length I was after.
Any thoughts?

Howie in Qld uses a dslr on an 8" F5 with astrotoaster. I've used same with zwo aps-c sized sensors and sharpcap. You want max f6 otherwise too slow for live viewing. Many still use atik infinity but now there are better cheaper alternative cameras. You want a sensitive camera so you can stack really short subs

The ed80 with focal reduction would be great, but the mn190 worth a try.

Unfortunately I go to others forums for better advice on live viewing ! That's why we need a live viewing section on IIS.

The MN190 is a great scope. While i use mine for imaging, i have not tried EAA. I can say that the ASI1600 works fine in high frame rate video capture mode (using Sharpcap) when building video files for planetary frame stacking. I can see no reason the MN190 could not do EAA given its planetary video performance. Of course, adding a 2x barlow for planetary takes you to effective f10, and its fine there.

I meant low f-ratio for DSOs. Planetary obviously different.
