RJ12 6P 6C male to female splitter

OK, need some help.
I can’t seem to find a RJ12 male to female splitter anywhere.
Tried all the usual suspects.....
(I’m trying to add an ST-4 port to the old TV Systems mount)

Anyone found suitable suppliers?????

Yeah, I saw them $15 plus $30 postage from the USA.....:eyepop::eyepop:

The problem locally is the telephone connections. They may be a 6pin socket but only contain 4 contacts (6P4C) we need the 6 pin six contacts (6P6C) hence the RJ12 call up instead of the more usual RJ11.
