Knurled ring replacement for ED80 focus knob?? [Archive]

I was observing the Sun today and the knurled ring just collapsed and fell off!!
Is it possible to fit / get replacements????

Interim solution:
6 off - O rings, 37.0 x 2mm
Fills the gap nicely.

That's like my solution when the saddle plate knob fell off, use whatever you can that is at hand.
