Quite a few tempting offers in the classifieds at the moment, WO and Taks, a couple of ED80 and an Edge C8. Only if the bank balance isn't so "balanced" at the moment...

Yes I'll have the fsq106, flt132 and fc100 please. Sometimes it's good to have financial constraints :)

Laurie's FC-100 package would be in my hands if I didn't have an as-new TSA-102. Absolutely amazing no one has bought it!

The FSQ-106 package at $4500 is also a steal. If anyone wants a TSA-102S with all the bells and whistles I'll sell it for $4500 and buy the FSQ! :)

Yeah if I had an unlimited disposable income matching the FSQ106 with the 11002 sensor would be magic :D

I'd rather buy a Canon 600mm f/4L (US$11k) which can also be used visually with a $2 Bunnings/Mitre10 PVC socket adapter for 1.25" eyepieces.
That is a real 15cm APO f/4 and using a barlow is no problem.

@ Skysurfer, A very interesting and highly innovative approach, such a thing I would love to see!

Phew, just as well the adaptor is so cheap. That will totally make it economical :P
Plus you get 16 whole elements in 12 groups, super deal (lenses per dollar) :P:P

You’d be disappointed.

I have the Canon 500mm F 4.0....it is a fine camera lens, but as a telescope
it is very average....Most quality APO’s would have it for brekkie.
