This photo is a work on a small Galaxy trying to show star colors and a nice Galaxy but the background has shown to be challenging, i am not happy with how it looks... i will have to look for other processing options...

It is showing up quite nicely for the amount of data that you've got but sometimes you just need more of it and no amount of processing can fix that :P :lol:
It's very good for 1.2 hours of exposure.

Hmmmm, I see what you mean. the colours are a bit off as it is. And maybe if the luminance was up a bit the contrast could be improved to deepen the background?
Detail seems good though, so another go at processing might get you the result you want. I look forward to seeing it.
Should call it the Zorro galazy since there is 2 distinct Z's :-)
