In a paper submitted (https://arxiv.org/pdf/1710.11099.pdf)30 Oct 2017 to arXiv.org, Bayliss et. al. report on
the discovery of NGTS-1b, a "hot-Jupiter" planet transiting an early
M-dwarf host every 2.67 days.
It is the most massive planet ever found orbiting a M-dwarf and has
come as a surprise to many astronomers.
