Meade 203/SC EMC ?

Hi Guys,
Anyone got an opinion on the above scope optically ?
There is one going over here for a reasonable price ( IMHO). Research says it's an entry level 8" F10 Schmidt Cassegrain pre UHCT on a motor driven EQ5 mount. No PC control or GoTo but I'd be demounting it anyway to go onto the EQ6.
It's a rare-ish el cheapo beastie that was put together to compete with a similar Celestron offering about late '90's - 2000 from a posting in CloudyNights. Looks to be in excellent condition.

Hi Brent a mate of mine has the same scope and he loves it I have had a look thew it at jupiter and it was quite pleasing not suitable for major AP but would be ok on the planets and moon the mount was stable but not super stable depends on what it is offered for I think my mate got his for $600 AUD

Cheers Pete, the seller doesn't want to ship it unfortunately and he is down in the Sth Island, pick up only. I don't have a pick up option down there but he may change his mind as it has failed to sell once already.
