OK, seeing as I had the honour of picking this month's theme, I thought I'd better kick things off.

My father-in-law took this photo of me taking a photo of a snake (the two close-ups of the snake are the results of my efforts).

It was taken at a place called Hellfire Bay, in Cape Le Grand National Park, which is just outside of Esperance in WA.

No idea what sort snake it was... I didn't hang around long enough to ask it!

I haven't included it as an entry as it was taken quite a few years ago (in 2011) and of course, it's my F-I-L's photo, not mine.

It looks like a harmless python snake to me...People keep them for pets.
Cheers Reverend.

By far the most dangerous thing I've done this year, who'd though there would be so many savage trolls armed with #alternativefacts

It's not possible to steer from inside.
The side of the boat is open, you could inadvertently step straight off the side at any time. Usually you'd get wet at worst. When crossing the aqueduct you fly then stop suddenly. That the bit that hurts.

Don't see many with this Authority on it anymore, but every once in a while you still come across a Telecom, or Post Master General mark.
This was at the corner boundary of a crop field in rural Tassie.
