Cleaning ccd and optical lenses

Gidday all, can someone please tell me what to use to clean my ccd camera lens and also my scope lenses? I searched the net and found plenty of useful threads but as always there's, this you can use and that, after awhile i give up. I just want a black and white answer, What do you guy's use??
