I've been very slack in writing up any observations for a long time, but I'm just home from a week of astronomy and have my act together today. It's one of my favorite times of year for observing, galaxy season as the milky way hides on the horizon for a little bit and constellations like Fornax and Grus are high overhead. It's also the time of year to see a few northern treats like M31 and friends.
Location: Ozsky Spring 2016 - Markdale Homestead.
Telescope: 16" F4 Scope using an 8mm EP for 95% of objects.
With the exception of the ARP galaxies (current my main project) most objects came from working through the Nigh Sky Observers Guide for a few chapters so I haven't recorded long descriptions. Generally it's pretty much spot on. * or ** or even *** denotes objects worthy of another look.

ARP 332 - IC 1892 GX Chain - NGC 1228,NGC 1229, NGC 1230 and IC1892 all visible as faint smudges.
ARP 13 - NGC 7448 - Very faint visible core and elongation. Challenge.
ARP 28 - NGC 7678 - Detected, no details visible.
ARP 99 - Hickson 93 - NGC 7549 Extended, but no arms visible. NGC 7547 and NGC 7550 shape obvious.
ARP 170 - NGC 7578 in Hickson 94 - Shape distinct -Detail and separation of galaxies unclear.
ARP 212 - NGC 7625 - Observed but no structure visible.
ARP 235 - NGC 14 - Slightly brightened core.
ARP 3 - MGC-1-57-16 - Could not confirm observation.
ARP 15 - NGC 7393 - Elongated with a hint of an elongated core.

ARP 223 - NGC 7585 - Visible, no indication of structure.
ARP 284 - NGC 7714 and NGC 7715 - Difficult to make out much structure - NGC 7714 shows elongation.
ARP 4 - MGC-2-5-50 and MGC-2-5-50a both observed.
ARP 8 - NGC 497 - Observed but no structure.
ARP 10 - UGC 1775 - Observed but no structure.
ARP 19 - NGC 145 - Observed but structure not visible.
