PDF Free Download, Some Suggestions Pleae

Hi Guys, could someone please direct me to a site where i might be able to download a free Adobe PDF Reader please.

I lost all this stuff when my PC went belly up and would like to install this program again, however after looking at a few sites i really don't know what is best or even safe,:shrug:

Note that the above reader has been superseded by http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-editor , which I have not used.
