I have discovered vignetting curves in PTGui and it makes an amazing difference to the gradients when stitching nightscapes. I think there is still some more life in this one, but have a look at this...

I use PT GUi Pro. Where are the vignetting curves and how do you use them?

Go to this tab and hit the optimise now! button. Your life suddenly becomes immeasurably better :D

Yes I use that Optimise tool. I find with my images though it often does not make any difference in my recent mosaics. But yes if there is a gradient I have seen it reduce that.
