Hi everyone.
Got to try my new to me NP101 last night. Although I got it early January, the Stellarvue M2 mount only arrived yesterday. Combined with 100 degree 20mm Explore Scientific eyepiece it was the most amazingly satisfying experience I had in my last 6 years of visual observing.
The field was wide, very wide and flat as can be. Every star a precise pinpoint right to the edge. The field stop on the 100degree is hard to find, you have this surreal feeling of sticking your head out of window to take a look. All that from the outer suburbs of Melbourne. Can't wait to take it out to a dark site. Np101 - simply superb.
