What star rising for a babies name

Hi all
I'm a Nevis here and I'm looking for a name for a baby girl so I thought maybe a star rising on the horizon at the time she was born as I have no idea how to work this out I thought I'd ask the experts you guys ;)
The place is Denpasar Bali the local time was 05:15 the date was December 31 yes I am thinking Eve lol however a little more sophisticated wouldn't hurt

These stars were near the horizon when she was born. None of these stars were "rising" ie none were exactly on the horizon. All these stars were within a few degrees of the horizon.

44 Ophiuchi
45 Ophiuchi
HIP84671
Gamma Ophiuchi
Nu Ophiuchi
Alnasl
Rasalhague
Cebalrai
Rasalgethi

The only one that seems to stand out to me as a decent girls name is Shaula. Just my opinion unless you want to name her 44 Ophiuchi or HIP84671 :D. Congratulations and good luck choosing.
