I could be very silly here and say 'Yep, a 3 legged one' but I won't.
Oef, we really need to know what type of tripod you are after. And what scope it is for. Then we can direct you to the best places to look.

What sort of telescope do you have? What's your budget?
In the US, there's KB Systems...I believe they make the Gibraltar and Panoramic tripods for TV. There is also Berlebach in Germany.
