Hello Guys.
Well I have just completed building my observatory, equipment installed and up and running, will update with inside fotos

But Observatories are never 'complete'. There is always something else that needs to be modified\fixed\upgraded. Otherwise you'd have no excuse to be out there fiddling with things :P

If you haven't had an Ob before you will find you get at least 10 x more use out of all your gear.

Yep! you are definitely an astronomer Geoff.....the tell tail socks worn with sandals are a dead give away :lol:

Thanks guys. Yes, since the observatory was completed, I seem to spend more time in there than inside the house.

Geoff. Might I ask. What length sidebyside plate is that? And what distance from middle of saddle on 12" to middle of saddle on refractor? I'm thinking the same. Cheers.
