Anyone know where to get thin non-threaded spacer rings that fit over a 2" SCT thread? I purchased a Blue Fireball SCT visual back, which I quite like, other than it is just a bit too short for my diagonal. A 1mm thick spacer ring would probably do it, 2mm would be safer.

Attached a pic of a larger Televue 2.4" ring to show what it is I'm looking for.

I sometimes use 2mm plastic sheet from the local model train store. A compass + Modelling knife does the rest. Much easier than hand cutting 2mm aluminium/brass sheet by hand.

I've used my small lathe to machine off just such a thing - and I think I probably have one in my drawer of lost bits and pieces. If you want it (if I can find it), you can have it for the postage. Just give me an accurate ID and OD and depth if you can.
