Carte du Ceil EQMOD problem, help please

Hi all,
I've rune Cart du Ceil and EQMOD ASCOM on my old laptop for ages no issues. Recently I bout a new netbook so I could go bush with my scope and its been all over the shop since :(

I've installed EQMOD ASCOM and it works peachy. I've now installed Carte du Ceil and can connect but can't track!

I get a message that "Error: Illegal operation while parked". I've unmarked in EQMOD and made sure the Long and Lat on both programs are the same.

Does anyone have any advice please?

I assume you meant "unparked" in the EQMod screen.....
Can you use the up/down controls in EQMod to move the scope?
That error message usually means it thinks the mount is still parked....

Looking at your screen dump, that's just the set up for the scope not the EQmod control panel.....
Your telescope selection should be "EQ5/6 EQAscom"

mmm how good is this forum? I've been working on this for ages. As soon as I typed it in the above I tried once more and voila, it works! I managed to get into a POTH.telescope set up though I had tried before. In that menu I was able to select HEQ5/6 and now all appears well.
