Add a quick navigate bar to jump across forum sections

Suggest at the top or bottom of each forum page there is a quick jump to alonther forum section slider. So if I want to go from equipment to general astonomy seciton it one click and one page load, not two. Should lighten teh load on your server too!

It's already there!

It's the "Forum Jump" dropdown at the bottom of every page.
