Hello, a new version of the Freeware Software LX200 Emulator for Autoguiding (using DSI / LPI cameras) was released now with USB and Printer Port support. You may check it out at;

http://www.skyinsight.net/wiki/index.php/GuideStar_LX200_Software_Emulator (http://www.skyinsight.net/wiki/index.php/GuideStar_LX200_Software_Emulator)

This application allows you to use your non-meade mount with the ST4 compatible port (or a hand controller relay box) to be autoguided with the DSI / DSI Pro / DSI II / LPI using the camera's bundled Envisage software

The inteface is through a standard parallel port (using a ST4 guide cable) or Shoestring Astronomy's GPINT-PT (parallel port) or the GPUSB (USB cable)

The application basically acts as a "Software LX200 Emulator" that translates Envisage's autotrack/autoguide LX200 commands to ST4 guide signals.
