An interesting story nevertheless, sure to raise some different points of view. My view is, "Storm in a teacup" but I guess there are some who would say rules are rules and it's up to the panel on how they interpret them.

I guess for the kids in the photo and their family's it doesn't really matter.

Interesting article Jarrod, it lead me down the path of looking through the rest of the images by other entrants, some striking and compelling photographs. Reminds me of the long gone Life magazines my mom used to bring home, I loved flicking through them often taking them to school to show others.

I guess you could liken it to athletes taking steroids. If the rules say you aren't allowed to significantly edit you image, then your cheating if you do.
